The award involves ongoing judging - including audits taken every few months on customer service, business attitude, marketing and promotion, participation in Crown marketing activity and sales performace.
Anyone that shops at Peter Alexander would know why it took out the top award. The store is fantastic - you can’t walk past without going inside to see what treats they’ve got. The store has an intimate vibe and the merchandise is luxurious and fun (while still being reasonably priced!
