It came from one of the country’s largest retailers who had five weeks to recruit 170 staff for the launch of a new brand which was completely unknown to the market. The challenge was to deliver not only an exceptional attraction campaign but also a robust system and cost effective solution for bulk recruitment, which has since been used time and time again for a number of clients.
