Known in the retail market for over 40 years with stores located over Australia and Asia Pacific; this opportunity will provide the career growth and progression you are looking for.
About your new role:
• Drive a high performing team culture
• Visual merchandising- Flair for creativity in your displays
• Partner with the store manager to assist in delivering company expectations
• Drive your team to achieve KPI's, targets and budgets
• Ability to work in a fast/high turnover environment
• Motivate and coach the team AND deliver results!
• Stock control
You will need to showcase:

• A passion for exceptional customer service
• Team Player with a hands on approach
• Strong leadership abilities
• Ability to work in a fast/high turnover environment
• Experience in handling  high levels of merchandise
• Roster management
• A desire to succeed
