My client is a dynamic international fashion retail brand with stores worldwide! We are seeking a high energy Office Manager/EA for their busy and fast paced Sydney office. You will provide the glue for the corporate office, creating a work environment where people are able to do their best work.

You will need to be approachable, have an eye for detail whilst using your superior organisation skills to run this busy office. A large portion of this role involves being the travel champion, owning the process including the negotiation with key suppliers and assuring the standards are aligned with the business. You will have been a top notch administrator who can support a number of senior leaders with administrative tasks whilst maintaining the day to day essentials and leading the receptionist/admin team. 

Key responsibilities include

  • Office Management - including managing reception and admin team members and regional offices
  • Sourcing travel partners, securing preferential rates
  • Ad-hoc administrative requests
  • Setting up and sourcing office related vendors 
  • Customer Service enquires 
  • Supporting new store openings administratively 

To be successful in this role you will have significant experience as an office manager, and had significant exposure to managing key vendors, such as travel and office suppliers. You will be highly organised with a can do attitude, prepared to go above and beyond to ensure the success of the business and yourself. Most importantly possessing the ability to use initiative and create and develop process and systems where necessary.
