The purpose of the role is to support the Store Manager and the fantastic team to provide exceptional customer service to all clients. This is a top performing flagship store with multiple locations in the Airport - so we are looking for someone who is essentially ready to step-up into a Store Manager role.
Some key responsibilities will include:
- Driving staff performance to achieve sales targets
- Maintaining compliance across the entire team and function
- Create a motivating culture and inviting store vibe
- Complete all administration tasks to a high standard including frequent reporting
- Results oriented individuals
