My client is a leading Australian owned Retail Group, housing multiple brands across digital channels. Innovative, dynamic, aspirational are all words you would use to describe their culture. This a rare opportunity to hold a pivotal role in a part time capacity. 

As the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for leading and creating a new marketing strategy for the company. Your key functions will include by not be limited to:

  • Developing and executing the brand strategies - marketing campaigns, events, social, digital, POS and PR
  • Driving brand CRM and customer engagement
  • Identify brand partnership opportunities
  • Own and manage the marketing budget
  • Lead and develop a marketing team
To be successful in your application, we are looking for the following skills and experience
  • 5 + years Marketing Management experience within the retail sector - Digital/E-Commerce is essential
  • Strong understanding and genuine passion for digital and social
  • Experience in leading and innovating marketing concepts and brand strategy
  • A dynamic, engaging, proactive attitude with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders
